Richard was pretty accommodating and provided up just about anything we would have liked from tea/coffee to creamer. In all fairness, It is far from a flowery hotel like you'd probably discover for the blue mountain resort but it really has everything you would like if you propose on making the most of the outside and the cost is greater than fair.
